Hi!
Some guy ask me if inventor can do that:
It's possible to do a cut view with the cup part with a different view style from the other "not Cut" half.
I achieve that, whit the cut view + normal view croped hover the cut view... but this isn´t a accurate process...
Anyone has a better ideia?
Carlos,
I think what you have looks good. Is the person asking the question not satisfied with what you came up with?
The only other thing I can think of would be a broken view.

You could try using a fill on the sectioned bit.
Make your base and section shaded,
make a sketch on your section,
project the outer edges of the section that needs to be clear,
Fill with white.
(you may need to draw a closed sketch around the area to be filled.)
Just an idea, hope it's useable.

Hi!
Thanks guys.
Cadmanto, the question is; ok, it looks good, but is one view above the other, if you move one view the alignement goes away... it's not a good practice. (we can only have alignement vertical or horizontal so one of the alignement is performed manually...)
BTW, I like the fill option... i have to try that...
You can create an alignment between the two views so that they appear as one view.
The steps to do it are a little funky, but it can be done.
Create a section view showing the interior of one half of your part.
Create a projected view and crop to show one half of the exterior of the part.
Break the alignment for the exterior view.
Create a vertial alignment between the exterior and the interior section view.
Hope this is clear enough.
I was going to post a screen cap, but for some reason the select image button is not working in my browser.
