Crash when selecting parameters

I have a guy who crashes to desktop everytime he opens the parameters dialog box. The dialog box will open but he if makes a change or not it will crash. Consistantly. Any ideas?

He just upgraded to 2010, sp2, on subscription

Send a support request to Autodesk, you're forking out a shed load for subscription, get your moneys worth.
