CottonGearBallUniversalJoint.

Hello,

This thing is driving me nuts... Can anyone explain to me how to make the proper mates?

As you can see, the six 3/4" ball bearing version version looks allot tougher for its size.

I have managed to get the mates to the two rings and all the ball bearings as well as the mates to the gear ball.

The tracks cross normally at thier centers 22.5 degrees beyond the drive socket and socket cap, this is where the ball bearings will be with the power shafts normal to eachother.
