Hy. I wish to find out if it's possible to convert this solid/sketch to sheet metal and apply a flange to it's edge.. Any tips are welcome!

Well, I take back my statement on Extrude - I couldn't get this to work without using Extruded feature (not sure why).
Ok.. all seems fine until I reached this step.. I need a radius for this side- flanges.. do you think this could be possible done? Should I cut it on flat pattern ?
I am not familiar with editing image files in Inventor. Attach *.ipt file.
As far as cutting in flat patter - what does that warning tell you?
You would to an Unfold, feature, Refold rather than adding to flat pattern. Probably easier, but without a file???
Here it is..
Here are a couple of solutions - I assume you are going to weld or solder the edges.
If you can move the Flanges to the outside you can overlap the curves.
Ok..so my latest attempts on this thread (I hope :p)..
1. I need to flange the edge of the end but gives me this error even I select an outside bend position.
2. Installing Inventor Publisher Viewer on my android device..I will be able to visualize dwf files or files created with Inventor Professional 2014?
Thanks a lot!
Without the file, my guess is that the new flange does not have any clearance with the ends of the existing flanges.
Add a new 0° Flange of say 0.1 (or any size) at that edge first to give just a bit of clearance, then add the desired 90° Flange.
You might then add a Corner Seam to bring the flange to the outer edge and a Round to finish it off (on both ends).
With a change of order of operations the tri-corner could be tightened up as well.
Oh..thanks a lot for your major efforts. Uploaded the file in it's final stage.. done what you have requested but it's not that nice as yours looks.
Well, if I had a bit more time I could make it even "prettier" (check out the difference between the two tri-corners).
Yeah.. but that's pretty useless.. that's the radius of the sheet bending.. simply won't matter(too small) but I highly appreciate your help!
