Contour Flange - Issue With Bend Radius

The situation, we have a piece of equipment that we want to add reinforcement to the wheel wells.

I managed to get a profile sketched out and am now trying to produce a model of the reinforcement.

I am running into the issue where the contour (round) meets up with the end flanges.

Any ideas how to either create this as one contour flange, or create the round then add the 2 straight flanges on the end?

never mind, it's weird how after taking the time to post something, it just comes to you...

I needed to add rounds to the points where the 2 flanges meet up with the round, to allow for a proper bend (using 3/8" material)

Here is part that I made that works!
