Constrain multiple parts at the same time?

I've got a situation that I'd like to constrain about 100 parts at the same time to the same plane. They are the same part, copied over and over.

Is there any way to do this quickly?

Unfortunately, a component pattern is not an option in this situation as the spacing is very irregular.

I'm in Professional 2014, btw.

You can try to use iMates. Define iMate on each part and in the Place Component dialog enable Interactively place with iMates option. This will generate constraint (iMate results) of the same iMate type. Note that once an iMate is consumed it can not be used again - so it will not help for your issue 😞 However if the plane contains holes you can create insert iMates for the holes and then during the second part insert it will constraint the part to the selected hole.
