Compatibility Question

Now that I haev successfully installed MDT2004 and Inventor
(running for the last month or so), properly installed where I
can import MDT parts without crashing, I was wondering
if anyone could say if I might have problems also installing MDT6
on the same machine? Would it cause problems with Inventor's
ability to open MDT files in the future? I had tried that before,
and it seemed that was when the problems started which led
me to ultimately un-install/re-install Inventor/MDT2004 the last
time, though I also have seen where people have said MDT2004
should be loaded before Inventor and I am not sure that was
done properly the first time they were installed.

Either way, I suppose I should be able to install MDT6 before
I install Inventor 8 when I get it and should have no issues
with that I hope. I need to have MDT6 loaded in order to
convert Inventor models/asms to provide to our customers
who don't have MDT2004 loaded, and right now I have to
use another person's computer to do this.

Did you load MDT 6 after everything else was installed, or was
it already installed? I want to hear that there is no problem installing
it after all else is already installed. Thanks,

Bob
