Probably - attach your file here, while I look to see if I have written a step-by-step document.

Here is the solution.
It was done in edu version - so you will have to analyze, reproduce in your file and then delete the edu file.

Once you have the 3D sketch you can use the Measure Loop command.Loop Length.jpg

Hey,

This is awsome, thank you very much. My first thought was that probably it cant be done.

It will take me the whole weekend to recreate since I needed that in INV 2011. Thank you anyway.

I work with INV 3 years now and every day I learn something new 🙂

Thanks,

Dan

I just realized that I did wayyy too much work.

I posted the general solution for a path following any coordinates, but since your tube actually follows the standard view planes the solution could have been arrived at much more easily.

well I got something. Can you please look at what I done and see if it is correct?

Do you think is possible to generate a mold for this pipe?

Thank you

Dan

I've got to run right now - but yes it is possible.
I will send you an example using a more difficult part on how to create the mold.
