Cannot relocate a view in idw.

I have created a view in idw but now I am unable to relocate by dragging it.

R8?  You need to grab the boundary
itself (not inside the boundary like you used to be able to
do)

This is a pain at first, but now that I have gotten
used to it I prefer it over the old way.

Ya, the old way I was always moving views whaen I didn't want to
