I need help drawing an object in inventor could someone draw it and upload?
a bit more info please...
what do you want drawn?
heres an object...its a flange
Probably 95% of the people here could do this in about 1 minute.. but it wouldnt do you much good.
What you need to do is start a new part, sketch what you see in the top view and extrude it.
Watch this video and it will show you how.
Post back if you have more questions.
There is an image of the part drawing in the first post, I am using Crome and can see it.
Regards
Martin
You'd be better off doing your own assignments and actually learning how to use the software. But looks like you got some stool to already do your work for you.
You might start here.

Hopefully your instructor knows how to use iProperties and gives Karel the credit rather than you.
Really? Coule this part be any easier? If this is classwork, you should be able to do this on the first day of any Inventor class. And if it IS classwork, no fair trying to get someone to do your homework for you.
Go ahead and ask questions about specific commands, techniques, etc. But don't ask us to do your homework for you.

I was tempted to do post it in mm, not converted to mm but at 2.25mm tall... But hey, got my own work to do

drawn in Inventor 2011, but you can use it in 2012.
No part file needed, just sketched a drawing for you.
HTH
I don't see any image attachments either. I'm using Firefox, just updated to version 11 yesterday.
Anyone else using Firefox 11 who can't see the OP's image?
I was on Firefox 11 and could see it. I went to check my version to make sure and it updated itself to 12. Still see it.
Here you go....took me all of 10 minutes and I had a few emails to answer during that time.
What do you need help with? It's a pretty simply part. I'm not going to give you the actual file of course, that you'll have to do on your own, but I get the feeling that's what you are trying to avoid....for whatever reason.

Ha ha! Mine did the same thing!
Still don't see it, though...
I posted about this issue on the Discussion Groups Feedback board here:
My guess would be that you're missing an extension. Here's a cap of my extensions (and an excuse to test another image for you).
Im using chrome...i see your add-ins image but still dont see the op's image
I call our IT the 'Special Host Info Tech Dept...S.H.I.T. for short
We use HP to host our IT services (major Intnl company) they send us z800 workstations (about 12k worth of pc - quadro5000 cards xeon chips etc) but image the machines with XP so half the opengl instruction set doesnt work properly, dont even mention directx.
they block all streamed vid (cant even use the https trick)
has anyone got anyidea what addins or patches i would need?
