Can´t open a SAT file heeelp!!

I can´t open a sat file it seems to be in IV7 sat file
but i have IV4, how can i open it, can you help me?
The file is in CF named "PRT TO INVENTOR 4 FILE" TRANSLATED.ZIP THANKS!!!

Try a ACIS to step conversion at
href="http://www.steptools.com">www.steptools.com.  Then import the
step to IV4.  Or ask for the sat file in a lower ACIS version.  5
for iv4 (i think).
