Let's say I want to extrude a profile to 2X the length of a box I've made. Both parts are in the same assembly.
Is there any way to access the width paramater of the box while extruding the profile on the second part? Whenever I try, I only see the paramaters from the current part and not from any others.
what you are looking for is possible. Go to the parameter dialog, from there it is possible to link one part to the parameters of another. Please have a look at the attched picture cause i dont know what the dialog looks like in the english GUI.
