I'll start off by admitting that I don't know enough about Pos Reps. At the same time I haven't found a workable solution for my problem.
Following are 4 pictures. The first 3 show the Pos Reps where I drive the hydraulic ram from closed to 1/4 extended, then next to 1/2 extended, the next to 3/4 extended and finally to a fully extended ram. It is the 4th picture that shows where my problem is. The Pos Rep change from 3/4 extended to fully extended somehow allows for the frame/ram to snap over centre. I have checked the match and am sure that the ram/frame should extend fine without snapping over centre. I'm thinking that I need to place an angle constraint in there somehere but can't figure out where. Any clues? FYI I have many other items visibility off to clear up the view.

I fixed it, but it still makes no sense. I put it into the troublesome Pos Rep, Suppressed a constraint to a ram end, moved the ram end (pivoting on the other end constraint), moved the frame so it is in the correctish position and then unsuppressed the ram constraint. It snapped into position fine. Changing Pos Reps and it behaves correctly.
