Sometimes, when I bring in an assembly into another parent assembly, the assembly does not show any components in the browser? What would cause this and how do I fix it? If you look at the last assembly in the browser, you will see that it does not show any parts in the IPN.
Difficult to say what is occurring here as you should not be able to place an IPN file into an assembly. You might be looking at filters being set but attached are some referenced screen shots. I would suggest logging a case with support if you are on subscription and providing the dataset shown in screen shot.
