Broken View Break Lines

I have a part that when I adjust its length additional fabs are needed. Now in my idw for this part I want to secure the break lines on the part at a exact distance from the end / each other to display these fabs. Is there a way to parameterize or set the break lines so they adapt to the change in length and move accordingly?

We have exactly the same requirement, with fabricated items that can significantly vary in length - did you ever get an answer to this one?

Is there a way to keep the break position in place.

I expereince this even when the view rep in the assy file is locked and a drawing view created for this view rep.

There were severeal deatils created off this break view. Since the break view has automatically displaced, the detail views are incorrect.

How to keep the break view in same place with respect to a model feature?
