Break on an angle

Is there a way to do a break on an angle.

I tried to do the break and then rotate the view but that doesn't work either.

Unfortunately as you may have found out the break command only work on a horizontal or vertical break. You could use the break on the Aux view you have shown in the image file but the break lines would be vertical. This would be good enhancement request. You can use this link to add your suggestion. http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/index?siteID=123112&id=1109794

I came here a while back looking for an answer.  Just figured out a work around so thought you might like to know.

1. create 2 identical views

2. crop both views opposite ends

3. edit the sketches of both crops so that opposite edges of each crop is the line where you want the break to be. draw the break symbol if you want.

4. if the views are face on then just align horizontal or vertical.  If it's isometric or some other wierd angle then align in position, but to do this you need to get the 2 views fairly well lined up manually first.

Problem with the isometric views is you can't get the alignment 100% perfect, at least I haven't figured that one out yet.
