BMP insert as icon Reg Instructions for XP Pro

I am haveing the Icon BMP glitch with Inventor. I need to know how to fix
this in xp. I have paintshop pro loaded and lview. The current instruction
in the FAQ do not cover the reg settings for xp. Any help is welcome.
