Autometic Centerlines from a iam

Is that right that the feature automatic centerlines are only avalible in a idw from a ipt and not in a idw from a iam ?

I beleive that is correct.  Kind of a good
thing too.  My 8000+ part assemblies would be nothing but
c-lines.<g>

Auto centerlines should be an option.

It would be nice to have them in my 10 part
assemblies and not in your 8000 part assemblies.

I agree with that as well.  I am just glad
they didn't implement assembly c-lines before the option to turn them
off.<g>

Cory, congratulations you hit the nail on the
head. This is exactly how it was implemented.

A good approach might be....

1) Get it right for parts.

2) Don't do assemblies until it is acceptable
(bugs worked out) for parts.

3) Provide it for assemblies and
selections.

To me that would be a good approach.
