Not sure what you're asking. If you've modeled a part, can Inventor make a complete and proper drawing without your help? No. Does Inventor have the tools to allow you to create a complete and proper drawing that is linked to the model? Yes.
If that doesn't answer your question, please give more information.

still waiting for a foreshortened radius dimensioning tool in Drawing Manager
Consider we have a 3d model part and we need to create 2d drawing. After selecting a proper drawing format which contains relevant informatioin about title block , can invetor automatically generate the views and dimensions (maybe with the help of some rules)..
some ilogic rules wil help
inventor will automatically generate the views, as for generating the dimensions yes and no you can retrive the deminsions from you 3d model that you used to constrian with, but you will still have to arrange them on your drawing delete the ones you dont want etc... the easiest way is to probably dimension it yourself. dont go getting crazy on us and giving autodesk ideas, the easier they make the program to use the less i get paid.
.
There is an automated 2D drawing creation tool in Inventor Tooling, but I have no idea how to access this functionality outside of the Mold Environment http://wikihelp.autodesk.com/enu?adskContextId=REDIRECT_HID_MOLD_GENERATE_2D_DRAWING&language=ENU&re...
