Autodesk Inventor Publisher 2013 R1 64bit Runtime Error Windows 8

Hi All, 

New to the Autodesk community and have purchased Autodesk Inventor Publisher 2013 R1 from a licensed reseller.

I had the program installed with no issues on a Windows 7 64bit machine, we now want to install it on our Windows 8 Laptop for conveiniance. 

We have done all the license export from WIndows 7 machine, and have installed and registered on the Laptop. 

When I go to run the program, I get the following error "Runtime Error! Please repair or reinstall the program."

I have tried both solutions, on multiple occasion. 

Have tried installing the Updates, but any 2013 update I try gives the following error:

Have also tried running in Compatability mode of Windows 7, still the same Runtime Error.

The Laptop is a Gigabyte:

CPU: Intel Core i7

RAM: 16GB

SATA: 256GB

HDD: 1TB

VGA: GTX756M

OS: Windows 8 64Bit

Welcome to the Community! Have you tried out this Autodesk Solution below and install SP1 to resolve the error?
