I don't think the user exam exists anymore - only Associate and Professional
If you are a student there is a rather extensive video prep series linked from the student website

You should feel supreemly confident before attempting these tests. (in other words - if you have any doubts you are probably not ready)
Associate - all questions, no software
Professional - use the software to solve problems
