I am trying to share documents with outside vendors using the Autodesk Cloud services. I have successfully uploaded files but, out of the six people I have shared the files with, only 3 of them can actually see the files.
My question is this: If I send an invitation to view the shared document to a person whose e-mail address is, "john.smith@HisEmail.com" does John have to use that exact e-mail as his official user name when registering with the Cloud or can he use any user name he wants to?
Thanks.

The users have to sign up for cloud services in order to view the files. Please see “How do I access Autodesk Cloud services?” on the following site:

Thank you.
Thanks for the response. I will try this.
One more question. It is unclear how much storage capacity I have on the cloud. Autodesk states we have 1 Gig for each subscription seat that we own so does that mean each seat has only 1 gig or does it mean I have 30 gigs total because my company owns 30 seats?
its supposed to be 3gb each seat on subscription
so if you have 30 seats that is on sub then you 30 gigs of cloud storage: http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/pc/index?siteID=123112&id=17570237

he he 3*30=90
Appaerntly there was quite a discussion on the Cloud feedback forum regarding how the 3GB is allocated so this document was created to clarify it.
