Assembly zoom all after selected a new sketch plane

after select sketch plane, assembly will zoom all and rotate the sketch plane "flatted" for new sketch , this is annoying when having complex assembly, you have to re-focus to that small area again to draw new sketch. any settings?

Application options > sketch tab > "look at sketch plane on sketch creation" checkbox.

Having same issue...

The 'Options>Sketch> [ ]"Look at sketch plane on sketch creation" '  dialog only solves the issue when creating a new sketch within an already existing part.

If I create a new component inside of an assembly, select a reference plane, and then proceed to start a new sketch, the orientation and zoom all command kicks in automatically and re-registers my assembly.  Very annoying,  issue has been there since IV 2013.

A feasible solution to this problem would be appreciated!!!
