Assembly Exported to .step/.igs format showing error "could not insert object"

I tried to export Inventor Assembly fot both .step and .igs format but it is not working and When I open exproted file, it shows error "could not insert object"

The procedure followed for exproting assembly is as follow (Using Autodesk Inventor 2011 Professional).

1. Open Assembly to Inventor.

2. File>Save As>Save Copy As

3. File save with .step and .igs extension

4. File open to inventor shows error as said above.

It is not coverting assembly to part.

Error has attached with message.

Does this happen with any assembly - or just the one you need?
Reboot the computer.
Create simple assembly of two parts, say a cube and a cylinder.
Does it fail with this simple assembly?

Try with just a part, say the cylinder.
Does it fail with this part?

This is requirement of our project and this happens for assemby only.

I created simple assemby as you said but didn't work, but it works fine for single part.

Let me know if there any specific steps to create .step file for assembly (I created as per Inventor Help)

Please find attached step file that I have created.

What do you mean "Reboot the Computer"

I assume Engilsh isn't your native language.
The first step in troubleshooting any problem like this is to turn off the computer and start over (that is what reboot the computer means).

You will also want to make sure you have all current Service Packs installed.

Your cube and cylinder assembly STEP opened just fine for me.
What happens when you try to open the file?

Set Options on open to not create the html report.
