Assemblies controlled with excel sheets

I am working in a smal manufacturing company which makes flow measurement equipment. The products are based on a standard but they are also made according to the customers wishes. The assemblies are built with a flow measuring device made according to the flow. On this part minimum two pressure tappings are mounted.
These pressure tappings vary in sizes, they also different thread size and even some have butt weld and socket weld ends. In some cases valves are mounted on as well.

I can do all the above mentioned things with MDT with a single excel sheet.

Are there any way to do similar things in Inventor?
