Another heap error

I have a user who is trying to save his work out as an image and he receives the following message.

Serious error: Selected heap had to little room (8031 <139089+0)

He is running on a Dell Precision 490
Windows XP 64bit
with 8GB of RAM
NVIDIA Quadro FX 3500
Xeon processor

Any suggestions would be great.

Hi! Has he max out the RAM? Does it happen to any file or just a particular file?
Thanks!

It says it is only using 1.5GB of the 8GB. It is happening anytime he tries to save to a DWG file

Is it Inventor DWG or AutoCAD DWG?

Hi Dqueen,

I haven’t seen this error before. This maybe relevant to your condition of your system and machine. Please help me to confirm two things in your convenience:
1) New a idw and don’t create view in it, then save copy it as inventor dwg, verify whether this problem is cause by your huge model.
2) Save copy a assembly file to a new name or a different file type to verify whether this problem just can reproduce when save copy as inventor dwg.
3) Try to save copy as a drawing to a inventor dwg on other’s machine to verify whether this problem just can reproduce in your machine.
If you think the things above are troubled, you can send upload you dataset here. We will look into it.

Thanks in advance.

I also cannot reproduce this problem in my x64 machine. I have strong feeling that it is related to specific machine configuration or specific dataset. So if we can get below information, it would be helpful.
1. Inventor version (2008 or 2009)?
2. Can it be reproduced when saving .ipt or .iam in user's machine?
3. Can it be reproduced in other machine?
