Alternate Units on Hole notes.

I am using 2012 SP2 and when I try to place hole notes with both metric and inches it only gives me inches (in both displays)  See screen shot.

Edit the hole note (or change the style if it applies to the whole drawing) and uncheck the Part Units checkbox under Options.  Your model is apparently in inches, so by default that's what shows in hole notes.  Uncheck that, and it will use what your drawing style calls for.
