Adding Constraints to an Assy

This is part 2 of a previous post. For those of you who are following along...Part 1 involved creating a rectangular pattern on a hexagonal plate inside Inventor. Didn't work. I ended up creating the plate with pattern inside of AutoCAD as a solid and importing it into Inventor as a dumb body. However, now I cannot seem to get the assembly together. I have defined work planes for the dumb body so it can mate with the other plate, but it just doesn't seem to work.

I have attached the file with all the components if you want to see what I mean.
