Add-on or export to 3DS or MAX for more animation capabilities?

Hi there, would appreciate if anyone knows of any add-ons that would allow me to save Inventor 6 files (presentation or assembly) in order that they may be manipulated in animation packages such as 3DS or MAX. I am doing DST tools and need to animate showing the pressure come into the tool and how it affects the parts, basically showing the operation of the tool with the ball valve opening and closing.

Thanks in advance, Amanda.

files directly.

goes wrong.
