Adaptivity ?

I think that I know the answer to this, but I want some verification from the more experienced folks.

I have multiple sized pipe bells (like PVC or Iron) and I have made an adaptive Tee assembly using one size of the bell (ex: 3" Tee = 3" x 3" x 3"). The adaptivity is being used to create the pipe runs themselves. Is there any way to get this same pipe (.ipt adaptive to the 3" Tee) to have its own diameters be adaptive to both a 3" (3x3x3) Tee and a 3" x 2" (3x3x2) Tee? In other words, multiple adaptivity reference and choose which to map to for each individual .ipt created.

Kendred,

If I understand you question correctly, you would like to adapt a part in
two places. Unfortunately, Inventor does not allow it. I am curious that if
a part has to adapt to more than one places, should it be still the same
part?
