A new feature for Inventor 7.0 or Existing?

first let me explain my situation so you can better understand the new feature or perhaps I'm missing something. I have (3) assemblies that are identical but because they are adaptive assemblies I had to create (3) of them because each behaves differently. Oh I forgot (1) extra assembly unmodified for the idw file. Why not make a feature that allows only certain constraints to be applied to that specific assembly and not let the constraints be carried through to the assembly levels above it. Can you already do this or would it make a great new feature?

Well bowling balls are made without the finger holes which is done as a post opp. Good opportunity to use the long awaited assembly features. Guess I'd make a bowling ball an assembly too! - Rich Thomas
