2013- Custom CC Base Quantity = Each

It looks like by default, the CC structural parts have the Base Quantity set to "G_L".  I guess this is to make it easy to tally the total length of the sections used in an assembly.  In my custom CC, I would like to have the Base Quantity as "Each" like my non-CC parts.

It is PITA to have to edit each CC member and change this.

Don't bother, change to a parts list that uses 'Item Qty' instead of 'Qty' and you never have to think about that again.

Good Luck, Paul

I've the same problem in the bom quantity.

I tried to replace Qty with item-Qty but I found a bug:

If you use structured bom and open an assembly tree and hide leaving visible only the parts with "item-Qty" these will not be multiplied by the correct amount.

what is the problem and how can I fix it?

Thanks

Fabio C.
