1.5 2 Failed to create NGEN process. 3:267

I am running Inv 2008 on( P4 3GHz processor, 2GB RAM, Nvidia Quatro FX 600) which had previous Inv versions including R9 that still has its MDT 2005 installed and I can't uninstall it. it brings this error when unstalling: "1.5 2 Failed to create NGEN process. 3:267".

Another problem is that every time I launch Inv 2008 it try to configure MTD 2005, which I succeed by cancelling the configuration 3 times. see attached file for the error message.
