work plane tangent to 2 surfaces

Good morning everyone I am trying to create a work plane tangent to 2 surfaces. The work plane I want to create will represent a ground plane for the vehicle i am modelling. The plane should be in contact with the front and rear tire so as the suspension works the plane will move with the tires. Seems like it should be a no-brainer for Inventor to do but I cannot figure it out. Any ideas? Thank you.

Once you've created a work plane in the assembly environment you can view, edit, and create constraints to control it from the browser. Try creating a plane by offsetting from a surface, deleting the constraint that Inventor will create, and then create your two tangent constraints.
