Hi

 

I have text in a circular shape but how do i place the text inside the part on to the front of the face?

You could have used the inside arc rather than the outside arc.

In either case, enter the Offset Distance.  (edit the sketch and double click on text)

you could delete the constrain from the outer circle, making it normal geometry instead of projected, and then dimension the circle so it's on the inside.
