task scheduler login problem

I am trying to migrate some files in the vault. I can not login. It says that it can't find server. I know I am typing the correct info in because i can login to vault explorer just fine.

Wanted to migrate over the weekend but I guess no can do!!!

any ideas or help?

Providing Vault and Inventor version might help get an answer... have you
installed all the service packs for your Inventor and Vault versions??

Hi Kevin,

I never got such issue before but I think you can:

1. Try to log in with Inventor to see whether Inventor log in is OK or not.Actually, Task Scheduler can log into vault server as long as Inventor can do.

2. Was the correct vault build installed? Please install the correct vault server and explorer build to match the Inventor you installed.

3. Was IIS service installed? Task Scheduler just can log in to local server if you don't install IIS service.
