Select the view on your drawing, and click "Create Sketch" from the "Place Views" tab.  (Make sure your view is selected before you create the sketch, so the sketch will be contained within the view).

Now draw a rectangle around the outisde of the whole part.  Anything within the closed area will be sectioned.

Click "Finish Sketch."

Click "Break Out" on the "Place Views" tab, and select your view.

For the depth, I'd probably select "From Point, 0.000," and pick a point on the outer edge of one of the cylindrical features, since that point will be located at the right depth for the section to go to the exact center of the part.

There is another process to get what you want.

1, create base view, and move it out of the drawing area

2, create section view from base view

Then only the section view is in the drawing area and printable.
