But in fact I just figured it out; I had to fake a flat edge where sharp
corners met. It blows up in the corner when I pull the shell down below
Extrusion15. Once I put this flat in, it's happy, and I can use it as a
master part for my sheet metal that way also. Thanks for taking a look at
it.
Extrusion18 isn't an issue since it's the same thickness as the shell is.
Also I don't have any faces to exclude. Again, thanks.

Without knowing which faces (if any) you want to exclude from the shell
operation, it's kinda hard to troubleshoot. But, I suspect that extrusion18
is causing the problem. Try deleting the shell feature, then move the EOP
marker up above extrusion18, shell the part, then move the EOP back down.
