When I add a new row to the revision table it changes the existing row field
data to the default and i loose my data. Am I missing something in the IV
settings or is this normal.

It's best to not use Inventor's Revision Table.
I use Sketched Symbols. I think Quinn uses a spreadsheet based solution.

When I add a new row to my revision table it changes the existing revision
detail lines to the Inventor default detail. Am I missing something in the
set-up?
