.plt File from Inventor

Is it possible to write a .plt file from an idw?

Depends on what you are going to use it for.....

You can set the port for your Plotter to file before plotting

Create a plotter that plots to a file instead of a port. It's done in
the "Add Printer" in Windows.

You might want to contact Kent Keller on this one. He has an add-on that
can print plt files. He made a custom version for the last place I was
working that was a real time saver.
