mold design - how create a custom material?

I need advice, how to create a new material into the mold design

Or where they are saved, library? or files ? of these materials

Currently this is not possible in Inventor. Please see also this thread:

Actually, you can try a workaround to use custome material library. If you have the .udb file from the material manufactures, you can place it under the Moldflow material installation folder (e.g. C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Inventor 2011\Moldflow\data\udb\)., and then these materials can be used in Mold Design.
