mirrored then why does it appear slightly off?

I was attempting to save some time on this part so I decided I was going to copy and paste a profile from a dwg of it. I placed the profile on one of the sides of my contour flange, and created a face out of it and added a bend relief. Then I mirrored these features to the other side about one of the origin planes. However, I spin the part around, and it doesn't appear as though it's mirrored correctly, it looks slightly offset from the sketch. Don't know if you can tell in the below image. I've attached the ipt as well. Any ideas?Capture.JPG

I couldn't find anything wrong?

Can you create some geometry - a workplane or something that would show the non-symmetrical result?

Are you judging by eyeball of graphics resolution?

Can you not see how the sketch elements are thicker on the left side, and get thinner on the right? And yes, I am basing this on the appearance. The circles do not appear concentric. This is the first time I've seen it do this, Usually uniform thickness of lines and circles etc.

Appear?  Or are not?

Create axis through both holes - do they line up (stretching out will show even tiny mis-alignment).

Start sketch on the XY plane and Project Geometry all four edges of the holes.  Any difference?

I think you are seeing imprecise graphics - the geometry is fine.

I think part of this is an artifact of shading of the faces to make them easier to see.

Neat tricks. I suppose it was just an appearance thing. Thanks
