We are using Inventor 2010 with Vault 2010
We have an ipn. presentaion file that when you tweak a part it always asks if you want to check out the part.
There is no reason to check out the part because we are just tweaking it to make an exploded view.
Where is the setting to change it so it does not ask for check out.
I'm the company CAD manager and although I've read lots of Autodesk documentation and tried to work in different ways we still have the problem...
I don't know why it happens...
We create a new ipn file from an iam file perfectly updated and when we try to tweak a part Inventor start to ask to do check out's from part files.... but not all the part files .... so it makes the problem more strange at all....
