inventor 2013 content center won't install in windows 7. Tried everything, used to work in winxp64

Installation Pre-requisites followed:

 

1.) Logged in with Admin Priv

2.) UAC slider set to lowest setting

3.) Depending on version, you may need to disable Anti-Virus

4.) People seem to be having better luck with .NET 4.5


Inventor 2020, In-Cad, Simulation Mechanical

A complete reinstall of AIP2013 solved the problem, and was a lot faster than trying to become an IT specialist.
