internal error 2908 and error 1935

i tried too install inventor 2008 on Win xp SP2 and appear this error during the install, what happened?, what´s wrong?

y choose Ok and then appear the next error

Error 1935
An error ocurred during the instalation of assembly

finally, the setup program discargue the status bar andout opf the installation

Issue


During the installation of Autodesk Inventor®, you received the following
error message:

Error 1935-An error occurred during the installation


Solution


This error may occur if you were not logged on as an administrator when you
tried to install Autodesk Inventor®. To resolve this error

1.. Log on to the computer as the Local System Administrator. (This is the
default administrator account that is installed with the Microsoft® Windows®
operating system).
2.. Stop all antivirus and spyware programs using Windows Service
Management.
3.. Browse to the system temp folder and delete the contents of this
folder.
4.. Run the installation again.
To locate the system temp folder

1.. Click Start menu (Windows) > Run.
2.. In the Run dialog box, enter %temp% and click OK.
