Are you sure you used "single part" templates in MDT? I am guessing you actually do have
subs in the MDT drawing, but they each only have one part? It might be easier and cleaner
to promote them in MDT because they maintain constraints and then translate. You should
get what you want with the added benefit of the constraints working.
If I am wrong about the MDT file can you post it to customer files?
