iProperty Collection V2 and sheet metal extents not playing nice?

First let me thank Patrick for this great tool, it has been serving me well.

Now the problem, I am trying to use the sheetmetal extents for cut size for
sheets that have no bends. First I get an error message when I flatten the
already flat flat. "Create Flat Pattern Window: problems encountered while
executing this command....warning occurred during update....No bending zone
found" OK, I understand, there aren't any bends. It still makes a flat after
I accept the warning. Now if I check the extents I get an expected result,
in this case my template is 12x12. Now it gets strange, when I check
SM_Extents in my custom properties I get 59.918x27.732. Where did that come
from? I'm also using iProp Wizard if that could have anything to do with it?

Anybody else using cut sheets of plywood or flooring? How are you generating
cutlists and BOMs? What's the best practice for this? Maybe I'm going down
the wrong road?

TIA

Hi

Could you mail me a part where you get the wrong SM extents, then I'll look
at it and check my code to find the problem.

Patrick found a glitch and has a new dll that fixes this if anyone else is
experiencing it.

Thanks Patrick, this is a very handy utility.
