iProperties Custom Tab, able to add to BOM?

A new template has been made in my place of work for drawings. The IDW are now linked to the model and not the drawings so all fields like DRWN/ CHKD/ APPR etc. are now linked through the iProperties custom tab (Refernce Screen Shot). Now my question is, is it possible to add these custom properties to the BOM so i dont need to go into the model everytime i need to change something in the drawings. This seems like a stupid idea having drawing properties in the model.

Hi cj2430,

See this link, and under the References section, look for the Add Custom iProperty Columns topic

http://wikihelp.autodesk.com/Inventor/enu/2012/Help/0073-Autodesk73/0460-Assembli460/0530-Bills_of53...

I hope this helps.
Best of luck to you in all of your Inventor pursuits,
Curtis
