iLogic with external client

Is it possible to manipulate a part/assemble using iLogic with and external client for example C# (visual studio 2010)?

For example I have an inventory part with a series of iLogic attach to it.... I wan to change my input from a program written in C# and allow the logic to be apply to that particular part.

It should be possible.  Are you using Inventor 2010 or 2011?

In Visual Studio 2010 you should set your solution to Target .NET Framework 3.5,  for compatibility with Inventor and iLogic.

I am using inventor 2011
