sorry for my language

 

how to round off the visible surfaces inside ?

Are you talking about something other then using the fillet command?

What version are you using?

i use inventor 2014.

 

I want to get the outline in cross section as in the screenshot.

Can you attach your *.ipt file here?

It might be easier to show with actual modeled geometry than to explain in words.

Looks like you would need to use a loft to create the body of your part. Which means you'd probably have to rebuild from the bottom. My part probably looks nothing like your actual part but I made something and attached it in case it helps.

Hi! I might be mistaken. The face is already tangent continuous to the adjacent faces. Why do you still need to create fillets?

Look at the feature tree.

But I'm just struggling with another version. I didn't consider the taper from 14.5 to 15.5 in Sketch1
